Today, our world is no longer the same. The world is facing a confluence of emergencies, challenges, disruptions, and multidimensional crises unlike we have seen in decades.
The war between Ukraine and Russia, tensions in the Indo-Pacific over Taiwan, global economic recession, and climate change crises complicate the world’s uncertainty.
These problems will undoubtedly worsen human lives. Of course, this should be a concern to all of us who still have hope for a better world.
To provide an alternative perspective to respond to today’s situation, The Yudhoyono Institute, in collaboration with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, will conduct a Roundtable Discussion on Geopolitics and International Security, Global Economy, and Climate Change in Jakarta on Thursday, 13 October 2022.
Prominent speakers from Indonesia and Malaysia will share their views and ideas in response to the world’s challenging and dynamic situation. Here’s our line of speakers for the Roundtable Discussion.
